2 medium carrots, coarsely grated
1 apple, coarsely grated
3/4 cup dried or fresh cranberries
1-2 honeycomb pieces from Pass The Honey
Dressing Ingredients:
1/2 cup goat’s milk yogurt
Handful of crushed walnuts
1/2 Tbsp chia seeds
Optional 2 tsp lemon juice
